Here's a general overview of the yearly weather forecast:
Summer (June to August):
Temperature: Highs ranging from 80°F to 100°F (27°C to 38°C).
Weather: Hot and dry. This is the peak tourist season, with plenty of sunshine and minimal rainfall. Sea temperatures are warm and perfect for swimming.
Autumn (September to November):
Temperature: Highs ranging from 70°F to 85°F (21°C to 29°C).
Weather: Still warm, especially in September. Rainfall increases gradually, but it's generally mild. September can be an excellent time to visit as the weather is pleasant, and the crowds are thinner.
Winter (December to February):
Temperature: Highs ranging from 50°F to 65°F (10°C to 18°C).
Weather: Mild and wet. Winters in the Greek Islands are characterized by cooler temperatures and increased rainfall. While it's not as cold as in some northern European destinations, many tourist facilities may close during the winter months.
Spring (March to May):
Temperature: Highs ranging from 60°F to 75°F (16°C to 24°C).
Weather: Spring brings milder temperatures, blooming flowers, and increasing sunshine. It's a lovely time to visit before the summer crowds arrive. The sea may still be a bit cool for swimming early in the season.
Overall Tips:
Peak Tourist Season: June to August
Best Time to Visit: Late spring (May) and early autumn (September) for a balance between good weather and fewer tourists.
Island-Specific Variations: Some islands may have slightly different weather patterns. For example, the northern islands may experience cooler temperatures compared to the southern ones.● Be mindful of scammers and pickpockets

We don’t recommend walking around with large amounts of cash in the city. Many locations around the countries offer mobile payment services, such as Apple pay, tap to pay and general card transactions.
Getting around in Greece for English speakers is generally quite easy, as many people in Greece speak English well. Since these are large and often touristed areas, many things have been translated into English including transportation related information, guides and more.
Greece actively work to make their cities friendly to all. That being said, many of their older buildings can’t always be guaranteed to have wheelchair access or accessible facilities.
If you have special requirements please contact us before booking the trip so we can properly advise you on the specific locations.
