There's so much beauty out there waiting to be shared!

Here at The Trip, we get it. Group travel can be complex, but we're here to help you navigate through the most common pain points. If you’re ready to go abroad and forget about planning, booking accommodations, seeking for cool activities to do and creating itineraries… then check us out: https://www.thetripabroad.com/destinations

1. Coordinating Schedules to Organize

If you work or study, you know that finding time to meet up to organize a trip isn’t easy peasy.

Before jumping on a flight to your dream destination, whether it's South America, Portugal, or Germany, you've got to get everyone together to brainstorm ideas and plan the itinerary. It can be overwhelming.

Solution: Start planning well in advance. Time is your friend! The Trip offers ad-hoc consultations for groups with special requirements. Sure, we have set itineraries in our offerings, but we go way beyond that. Our trip experts are avid travelers who know all the ins and outs.

2. Budget Constraints

Everyone in the group may have different budgets, which can lead to challenges in planning to meet everyone’s needs.

Solution: Establish a budget range early in the planning process and agree on a middle ground. The prices you see for our trips are based on standard hotel accommodations, but if you prefer the hostel vibe, it also turns out to be cheaper for you! And if you want to experience luxury in Europe's capital cities, we've got that covered too.

Not to mention, that you can directly enquire on a specific destination/budget! Test us :)

3. Diverse Interests

In a group, everyone’s got their own vibe and priorities. Some might be all about exploring cultural sites, while others just want to have a chill day on the beach or dive into adventure sports.

Solution: Create a balanced itinerary that includes activities for everyone. Encourage open communication within the group! We’ve got a wide range of unique add-ons activities. Sure, Google has answers for almost everything, but we’ve partnered with local organizations to bring you some truly one-of-a-kind experiences that you can’t find by typing “cool things to do in…”

4. Decision-Making

Making decisions as a group can be freaking time consuming!

Solution: Designate a group leader or form a small planning committee to streamline decision-making.As a Trip Captain, with The Trip, you'll organize your crew, manage the booking and be the contact person. We’ll reward you for your efforts with a free trip on us if you bring more than 6 friends. Or, alternatively, split the value of your trip amongst your squad so everyone gets a cheaper trip.

5. Logistics and Transportation

Every country has different transportation companies, and figuring out their websites (often in another language) to see which bus goes where is one of the biggest pain points of traveling in a foreign country,

Solution: The Trip!  You only book your flight - the rest is on us.
